These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dreamcatcher Events mobile
application (“App”), operated by Dreamcatcher Events, LLC. By accessing or using the App,
you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Purpose of the App
The App is provided to registered attendees of our events to access event information, including
schedules, maps, FAQs, mentor session/outing sign-ups, and messaging features.
The App does not process payments or sell tickets. All ticket purchases or event registrations
occur through separate platforms.
3. Eligibility
You must be a registered attendee of one of our events to use the App. By using the App, you
confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
You may not:
• Post or transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material;
• Misuse chat or messaging features;
• Attempt to access, modify, or damage the App or its data;
• Impersonate another person or attendee.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend user access for violations of these Terms.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your
personal information.

The App may allow direct messaging or group chat between attendees and Dreamcatcher Staff.
You are solely responsible for the content of your communications. We may monitor chat activity
for security or conduct reasons but are not obligated to do so.

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is owned or licensed by
Dreamcatcher Events, and/or the Artist Faculty, and is protected by applicable copyright and
trademark laws. You may use the App content only for personal, non-commercial purposes
related to the event.
9. International Use
Our events and the App operate primarily in the United States, but may also be used in Mexico,
Italy, and Austria. You are responsible for complying with all local laws in your jurisdiction
when using the App.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the App will meet your
expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost data, loss of use, or
communication issues.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any
violation of these Terms or at our discretion.
